If it is style you are looking for John Galligan Travel presents The Yachts of Seabourn.
This ultra-luxury, uber-chic cruise line is the baby of the enormous Carnival Corporation but they don’t like to shout about it. They prefer to be regarded in their own right and respected for their sheer pampering luxury. And respected, they are. Surprisingly a voyage on one of these beauties will cost you a fraction of what you would expect. The recession does have some good points after all.
If you appreciate your food, the haute cuisine on board is truly amazing, with fantastic attention to detail at every meal, even breakfast. Charlie Palmer may not be a well-known name on this side of the Atlantic but it certainly is in the United States. He is a two-time James Beard Award winner and as Seabourn’s celebrity chef. His signature dishes are to be experienced aboard the growing fleet of Seabourn Yachts.
Incredibly, despite the recession, Seabourn is in the process of more than doubling it’s capacity from what it was only a year ago. Their aggressive pricing sees them offering one week cruises in the Mediterranean from as little as euro 1,899pp throughout the summer and thismay have something to do with their success. Their expanding fleet of yachts (208 – 450 guests) means they have ships in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America, Far East, Northern Europe and more recently Round-the-World cruises. They have just launched their cruise programme up to 2012, with a host of new cruises and destinations.
If this sounds like the kind of luxury you deserve, contact John Galligan Travel, Ireland’s cruise experts, who represent Seabourn. They have fantastic deals for the Mediterranean, Far East, Caribbean some of which start from as little as euro 1,449pp. That is the kind of money you would expect to pay for 4-star large ships cruising, not this kind of 6-star, yacht cruising.
