Geilo is situated halfway between Oslo and Bergen in Norway. Geilo offers skiing for all levels with a total of 40 slopes, and is frequently called a “children’s paradise”. Geilo Skiheiser currently has 20 ski lifts of different types, and its maximum capacity is more than 25,000 passengers per hour. There are rarely queues, and there are 40 alpine slopes of varying degree of difficulty and length. Geilo is also a paradise for children, with lots of activities and areas suited for children.
